Preparation
Oven cook: From Ambient
Required: 2 medium eggs, 200ml water, cooking oil, Yorkshire pudding tray, mixing bowl, pouring jug.
220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7, 20-25 mins
1 Add the Yorkshire pudding mix, eggs and water into a bowl, whisk until smooth and transfer into a pouring jug.
2 Add a teaspoon of oil into each well of your Yorkshire pudding tray and heat for 10-15 mins until very hot.
3 Pour the batter into between 1/2 to 3/4 of each well and cook for 20-25 mins (until golden). Tip: make sure to keep the oven door closed whilst cooking.
4 Remove from the oven and serve.
5 Take care when removing the Yorkshires from the tray as any residual oil will be very hot.
